The Youth Trainers Academy is a collaborative effort between Zero Generation and several Youth NGO partners:
(AEGEE Academy, AEISEC Romania, BEST, BVMD, EFPSA, EGEA, EMSA, EPSA, ESN, ESTIEM, EUROAVIA, IAAS, IFMSA-NL, IFSA , IPSF, ISHA, Scoala de Valori and TraiNGO)
Youth NGOs partnering with the project accept to integrate YTA Graduates into their Trainers Pool under conditions they undergo an internal recognition process.
YTA Graduates are eligible to take part in and deliver at NGO partners training projects according to NGOs’ internal specifications and needs. Next to that, the graduates will be in contact with different philosophies, styles and types of training while being in an inter-organisational environment. YTA Graduates benefit from a large network to tap into for extra knowledge and best practices.
Zero Generation is a multidisciplinary team of professional trainers, with European and Worldwide NGO experience in leadership, international project management, training and consultancy; with special interests in healthcare, engineering and organisational development.
